dsh-hermes-bridge: Native Adaptive Intelligence Layer for DeepSeek Harness

The dsh-hermes-bridge plugin integrates Hermes's adaptive intelligence layer into DeepSeek Harness (DSH) using native JavaScript, with no Python dependencies. It interacts directly via shared memory and the file system, providing features such as persistent memory, reusable skills, trajectory collection and compression, and diagnostic tools.
